1. Service Provision: Host Matrix provides Minecraft server hosting. Free servers are provided "as-is" and may include forced branding (MOTD/Announcements).

2. Prohibited Use: Users may not use servers for crypto-mining, DDoS attacks, or illegal activities. Abuse will lead to an instant ban.

3. Idle Policy: Free servers inactive for more than 14 days will be automatically deleted to save resources.

4. Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for data loss. Users are encouraged to take their own backups.
