1. Cancellations: Users can cancel their paid subscriptions at any time through the Paymenter dashboard.

2. Refunds: Refunds are only issued if the service is not delivered or a technical fault on our end prevents usage for more than 48 hours.

3. Non-Refundable: Payments for "Donations" or "Priority Queue" are non-refundable.

4. Process: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment source (Cashfree) within 5–7 business days.
